Guimar Pro — Privacy Policy

Guimar Pro ("we", "us") provides business management software for pool installation and service companies. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number you provide when an account is created for you.
• Business data you enter — contacts, estimates, contracts, notes, files, and settings you store in the product. This data belongs to your company.
• Messages — SMS and Facebook Messenger conversations handled through integrations your company connects (Twilio, Meta).
• Technical data — sign-in timestamps, device and browser information used for security and session management.

Google user data

If your company connects a Gmail account, Guimar Pro accesses Gmail through Google's APIs to read, send, and organize email inside the product, at your direction. Specifically:

• We display your mailbox (inbox, sent, archive, trash) inside Guimar Pro.
• We send email you compose in Guimar Pro from your connected address.
• We mark messages read/unread, archive, or move to trash when you do so in the product.

Gmail message content is fetched on demand to display it to you. We store only OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) needed to keep the connection alive — we do not copy your mailbox to our servers, use its contents for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested.

Limited Use disclosure: Guimar Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To provide the product: contracts, estimates, contact management, messaging, and email.
• To secure accounts: authentication, session management, and abuse prevention.
• To support you: responding to requests you send us.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data or email content for advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers that make the product work — Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google (Gmail integration), Twilio (SMS), and Meta (Messenger) — each only to the extent needed for the feature your company uses.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your company's account is active. Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored tokens. When an account or company workspace is deleted, its data is removed from our systems. You can request deletion at any time via the contact below.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration credentials are stored encrypted, and access within our systems is restricted by row-level security.
